This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the muka saver mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Services").
We are not responsible for Content residing in muka saver. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on some occasions and in certain circumstances, with absolutely no obligation, we may be able to restore some or all of your data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when we may have backed up data for our own purposes. We make no guarantee that the data you need will be available.
muka saver may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by muka saver or its developers. muka saver has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that muka saver shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
All intellectual property rights in and to the muka saver software, including but not limited to its source code, design, user interface, graphics, audio elements, documentation, and any accompanying materials, are owned by or licensed to the muka saver development team. The software is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use muka saver solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not grant any ownership rights to the user.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on muka saver or any part thereof without prior written consent from the copyright holder.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed within muka saver are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
If you believe that any content within muka saver infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint to us. To ensure prompt handling, your complaint must include:
A clear identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
The location (e.g., URL or specific feature) within muka saver where the allegedly infringing content is found.
Your full name, contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Upon receiving a valid complaint, muka saver may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and may notify the user who uploaded or shared it. muka saver reserves the right to terminate accounts or take other actions against repeat infringers in accordance with applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, muka saver and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the muka saver software, even if muka saver has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold muka saver and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of muka saver or Services or any willful misconduct on your part.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to muka saver or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in muka saver. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of muka saver after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
By accessing or using muka saver or any of its Services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and provisions set forth in this Agreement. Your use of muka saver, constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
You further understand and agree that this Agreement governs your relationship with muka saver and that any use ofmuka saver or its Services is entirely contingent upon your compliance with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are expressly prohibited from using or accessing muka saver or any of its Services. Continued use of muka saver after any changes or updates to this Agreement will constitute acceptance of those changes.
By agreeing to this Agreement, you also acknowledge that muka saver may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of its Services at any time, with or without notice. Your acceptance of this Agreement implies your understanding and consent to abide by all such modifications, updates, and terms as they may be implemented from time to time.
